This morning, we had the privilege of attending the Springfield High School Career Fair—right in our own backyard! Our team loved connecting with hundreds of students who stopped by to share their dream jobs, ask great questions, and explore what their future could look like. Their energy, curiosity, and ambition were inspiring! At Velocity, we believe in planting seeds early and supporting the next generation of talent. While many of our roles require training beyond high school, events like this are an incredible opportunity to introduce students to the world of managed services, spark new interests, and show them the exciting career paths that lie ahead.
