When a user goes to the front page, there is no search box to use the website until you click the non obvious magnifying glass

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://www.peeringdb.com/'
2. Note the lack of search box to instantly type in

Expected behavior
I operate under the assumption that almost all users going to the front page of peeringdb.com intend to search for something, I would expect to see a search box that is ready to input text.

Who is affected by the problem?
I would assume most every day users of PeeringDB

Confusion on how to use the site

Are there security concerns?

Are there privacy concerns?

What are the proposed actions?
Remove the need to click on the magnifying glass to expose the text box
