1. Install Python virtual environment package if not already installed:

   sudo apt install python3-venv

2. Set up and activate a virtual environment:

   python3 -m venv venv
   source venv/bin/activate

3. Install the required packages (we'll start simple and expand as needed):

   pip install -r requirements.txt

   FastAPI will handle our APIs, uvicorn will serve the application, web3 will handle blockchain interactions, and requests will support external API calls.

We will create a simple FastAPI backend that handles Web3 wallet connection, decentralized identity, and token incentives.
