FairHire — AI Job Fit & Gender Pay Gap Analyzer

Full-stack AI app that analyzes CVs against job descriptions, generates a fit score, surfaces the gender pay gap context for Mexico, and drafts salary negotiation strategies. When the hackathon platform collapsed mid-competition, I pivoted to a custom Netlify serverless proxy to keep the Anthropic API flowing.
