In order to improve the documentation, we add a "playground" page that allows us to try immutable.

The next objective will be to activate the repl on function definition in the documentation with a live example. and remove runkit that does not really work well, has a bad DX (need to click on a small link, loading is long), and to not depend on a thrid-party website.
