My contributions span WhatsApp integrations, UI improvements, CI pipeline optimization, session management, and shell security hardening.
SPKMC — A high-performance epidemic simulation tool I built during my master's research. It implements the Shortest Path Kinetic Monte Carlo algorithm for modeling disease spread on complex networks, with GPU acceleration via RAPIDS cuGraph, experiment-driven workflows, and publication-quality visualizations.
