This contains the editorial updates for the examples (Additional Information) of the spec.
I've removed text based examples due to their general poor quality of expressing the SCs and also removed any examples of bad practices as we should focus on good implementations in preference. Any link based examples have been moved into the resources supplement. Code based examples remain as-is.
