Since 2875c60 there's been a continuing mismatch between the example settings and its description underneath.
While #105404 was accepted as a fix for #105090 (which this PR refers), it still left the version range wording in that was not correct and more issues and PRs trying to address the problem appeared. The currently open issue for the TLS range is #95816 with linked PR #93798 that unfortunately brings more questions than is really necessary so I'd say this current one supersedes it.

I'd like to weigh in for considering this PR to fix the issue for now, and close the others.
