The Duke of Sussex is suing Associated Newspapers, publisher of the Mail titles, on allegations of phone hacking and other unlawful practices. However, in court filing seen by Newsweek, Katie Nicholl and Charlotte Griffiths both said they got information from Harry’s friendship group after partying with him. Griffiths said Harry gave her his phone number in a Facebook post. Harry says they got their information unlawfully but it all raises questions about his hard line approach to other royal family members dealing with the press.
